The Thunderbird District Camporee is in the planning stages. Patrol Rescue is the theme with knowledge of survival skills being emphasized. If your troop would like to host an event or contribute with the planning, set-up, or implementation of the Camporee, please contact George Wood or Richard Pumroy

University of Scouting is a Scout leader's learning adventure! It is an actionpacked, fun-filled day of basics, advanced and supplemental trainings where you choose the sessions that you want to take. Sessions are led by experienced volunteers, who will help you enhance your ability to deliver a fun and exciting program to the scouts. Class sessions are designed to help leaders improve their skills and increase their knowledge about Cub Scouting, Boy Scouting, and Venturing. The University of Scouting is a single day packed with a year's worth of fun, program ideas, and information. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to meet and share ideas with Scouters from throughout Chickasaw Council. Walk-In registration available.
