The committee has tentatively scheduled the following dates for the 2010 training year: ·

Unit Commissioner training will be held over 2 nights and Jim will contact Miss Linda Strickland to see when that can be scheduled. ·

A Venturing Leader Specific Training session will be planned and scheduled- contact Jim Eddy ·

If you are in need of CPR/ First Aid recertification the Red Cross has the program online and then requires 1 hour of face to face training. FYI - Dr. George Wood and Jim Eddy are CPR trainers. ·

March 19-21 IOLS- Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills- Camp Currier -contact Jim Eddy ·

EDGE Training - April / May -Jim Charbonnet will let Jim Eddy know when the Kia Kima staff has been hired and they will be EDGE trained at the same time- contact Jim Eddy ·

What does it take to be "Trained"?

Requirements for the BSA "Trained" Patch are as follws:
To take courses listed as online you must register with the Online Learning Center first. It is quick and easy and this is a great way to take the required courses.
